Sometime I just have no self control. Ran a great 8 miles this morning at race pace…only to come home and eat more than a day’s worth of chocolate chip cookies.

There is nothing more therapeutic
than a morning run with snow falling all around you. No one else out and about. Just you, your breath, and legs. With snowflakes sticking to your eyelashes. And the crunch of snow packing down with each step. It’s fantastic! Makes my heart burst.
